As a software designer, I am actively involved in several telecom projects such as the “universal book” Orange Caraibe, creating the PL / SQL API for data access client used by the business portal of Orange Caraibe, design and implementation of inventory management and workflow tool for various subsidiaries of Digicel.

I am technical expert in the context of application management of the CRM tool and “point of sale” used by the distribution network and Orange Caraibe agencies.

As part of the migration of the billing system (BSCS BSCS 5 to 8), I rise as a technical expert on migration of the CRM tool and various technical scripts used by it.

I design, build and operate a bulk SMS sending solution. The API of this solution are used by many professional customers in the Caribbean

Orange Caraibe

Within the team “Study & Architecture”, I dedicated the achievement of interfaces PL / SQL used by Orange Caraibe loyalty program.

I participate in the design of the application “Clementine” CRM and “point of sale” interfaced with the billing software used by agencies and distribution network (Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana). I realize the PL / SQL API needed to run this application.

In charge of the pooling of the CRM application with Orange Dominicana (Dominican Republic) and Orange Dominica Limited (Dominica), I participate in functional adaptations and deployment.

In collaboration with the technical service, I participate in the compliance of customer profiles between the billing software and various technical equipments (HLR profile, MV, …), the identification of the causes of inconsistencies and introduction of automated monitoring and treatment tools.

Orange Caraibe

Within the “exploitation” team, I shall ensure the proper functioning of the provisioning chain of technical equipment and attend the users of BSCS modules 5 Orange Caraibe and SPM Telecom.
My mission is to process requests modifications errors in subscriber profiles, identify causes and implement automated processing and monitoring tool.

I am also responsible for the design, implementation and integration of PL / SQL API needed to release and billing services and new business opportunities requiring specific developments.

Finally, I work in the design and implementation of promotions management scripts such as adding or deleting automatically limited term services and adapting the provisioning chain the specific functioning of Orange Caraibe.
