As a software designer, I am actively involved in several telecom projects such as the “universal book” Orange Caraibe, creating the PL / SQL API for data access client used by the business portal of Orange Caraibe, design and implementation of inventory management and workflow tool for various subsidiaries of Digicel.

I am technical expert in the context of application management of the CRM tool and “point of sale” used by the distribution network and Orange Caraibe agencies.

As part of the migration of the billing system (BSCS BSCS 5 to 8), I rise as a technical expert on migration of the CRM tool and various technical scripts used by it.

I design, build and operate a bulk SMS sending solution. The API of this solution are used by many professional customers in the Caribbean
