Within the “exploitation” team, I shall ensure the proper functioning of the provisioning chain of technical equipment and attend the users of BSCS modules 5 Orange Caraibe and SPM Telecom.
My mission is to process requests modifications errors in subscriber profiles, identify causes and implement automated processing and monitoring tool.

I am also responsible for the design, implementation and integration of PL / SQL API needed to release and billing services and new business opportunities requiring specific developments.

Finally, I work in the design and implementation of promotions management scripts such as adding or deleting automatically limited term services and adapting the provisioning chain the specific functioning of Orange Caraibe.
